Happy New Year to everyone! I think I started out the New Year pretty well. I have a very positive outlook on what lies ahead this coming year. No doubt that there have been tough times the last few months and years, but I’m having a great feeling about 2011. I hope you are too. It’s very important to start the year right.
Some things you can do:
Look back to 2010 and think about both the good and the not so good things that happened. Reflect on these events, and from there you can map out what you want 2011 to be like.
For example you might recall that you wanted to learn play a new musical instrument. Then you realize, hmm, that sorta didn’t happen… What will I do this year to ensure this happens? Do this exercise and you can easily map out your goals for 2011.
I apologize I got a little off track on my post. I have such a positive outlook for this year and it is my wish you have that feeling too…
